P1 Engineering Solutions very own AVF 5 VOLUMETRIC FILLING MACHINE is designed to fill precisely the required amount of paint and then fix a lid to the can working automatically or without direct operator control. Please take a look at our machine in action below:

The machine has sensors to detect:

• Lids have been fitted and are fully on the can
• Sufficient cans and lids are available
• Paint levels are correct

The machine is fully customisable and can be adapted to a number of different uses. Try us with one! The machine can also be manufactured in stainless steel to facilitate cleaning.
